The dosage that works for me is taking one capsule as part of my morning mindfulness meditation routine, before coffee. My blend acts as a daily supplement, and works in the background. I go about my day at work, day out with family, working out at the gym, going to the beach, and so on.
The break regimen for a microdosing cycle that currently works best for me is taking one capsule per day for five days, and then three days off. Based on the research I’ve done, and what feels right for me, it’s good to take a break for a few reasons. First, it gives my liver a break from processing the blend. Second, it gives my body and my subconscious mind time to integrate new information and the rewiring that microdosing provides. And third, taking a break helps to not build up a tolerance to the magic.
My recommendation: I always recommend to anyone who is interested in microdosing to do their own research. My way is not for everyone. EveryBODY is different. I believe microdosing goes hand in hand with mindfulness, morning meditation, eating better, and providing my body with the nutrients it needs to keep my meat suit operating at its fullest potential.
